Mermaid Global University Policy Consent Agreement

Welcome to Mermaid Global University, the home of the Celestial Reefs! By joining our magical underwater community, you agree to the terms and policies outlined in this agreement.

We’re excited to help you embark on your journey to become an official mermaid or merman! 🌊

1. Terms of Enrollment

Enrollment in Mermaid Global University requires a one-time payment of $20 for lifetime membership. This membership grants access to age-specific programs that are self-taught and self-paced. Once payment is received, members gain access to exclusive content through our website and programs.

Age Groups:

• Little Splashers: Ages 3-5

• Sea Explorers: Ages 6-8

• Wave Riders: Ages 9-12

• Deep Divers: Ages 13-17

• Ocean Guardians: Ages 18+

The programs are self-propelled, and students work at their own pace. Completion of tasks both in and out of the water will lead to graduation and a certificate recognizing their achievement as a real mermaid or merman.

2. Code of Conduct

At Mermaid Global University, our Code of Conduct reflects our values of respect, integrity, and community engagement. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and magical experience for all members of the Celestial Reefs. All members must adhere to the following guidelines:

2. Integrity and Responsibility

Safety is a priority. Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe environment. Water-based activities must be supervised by a responsible adult. Follow safety protocols and respect your limits and the limits of others.

3. Liability Waiver

Participation in Mermaid Global University activities is at your own risk. The University is not responsible for any injuries or damage(s) resulting from course participation, whether on land or in water. Students and guardians must ensure that all safety protocols are followed. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and resources are the property of Mermaid Global University. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited. Student submissions may be used for promotional purposes with consent.

5. Media Consent

As part of the program, students are encouraged to share photos, videos, and testimonials of their achievements. By participating, you grant Mermaid Global University the right to use these materials for promotional purposes. Students under 18 must have guardian approval. To protect privacy, merfolk names can be used instead of real names.

6. Payment Terms

The $20 membership fee is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to the Celestial Reefs program. Payment is required before accessing any course materials. Refunds are not available once the membership fee has been processed.
