Down in the sea so blue,
Lives a mermaid just like you.
She splashes and swims all day,
With fishy friends who love to play.

Her tail sparkles in the light,
It shimmers green, it shines so bright!
She sings a song of joy and cheer,
To call her dolphin friends so near.

Would you like to swim so free,
And be her friend beneath the sea?

Ages 3-5: The Little Splashers

Focus: Fun, safety, and imagination.
Activities: Pretend play as mermaids, splashing games, and singing enchanting mermaid songs.
Exercises: Gentle stretching and light water activities with close adult supervision.
Goal: Foster a love for water and develop basic confidence in shallow areas.

The Little Splashers (Ages 3–5)

Focus: Fun, safety, and imagination.

In Water:

Splash and play with guidance from a trusted adult.
Perform a simple "Mermaid Twirl" by spinning gently in shallow water.
Practice floating on your back while pretending to be a mermaid resting on a rock.

Out of Water:

Color a picture of a mermaid or merman.
Sing a mermaid song to share with family.
Create a "Mermaid Crown" using craft materials like shells and glitter.

Goal: Build confidence in water and spark imagination through creative play.
